This event is a Fundraiser for the PTA of a grades K-5 school

MERCHANT INFORMATION

• There are a limited number of spaces available so please submit your application early.
  
  
• All applications must be received no later than TBA.
  
  
•  There will be NO weapons allowed on-site, either for sale or as part of your costume.
  
  
• INSURANCE REQUIRED:
  We will need a copy of your liability insurance coverage.
  You will need to have “Roundtable Productions, Town of Greenwich, Department of Parks and Recreation" listed on the policy as additional insured.
  -- If you do not have insurance, Roundtable Productions, for a small fee, will be able to get you a one day policy for this event.
  
  
• Please be aware that this will be a very “kid friendly” event.  Please keep this in mind with the products you are selling. (This event is a fundraiser for an Elementary School)
  
  
• We are NOT SEEKING FOOD VENDORS, as this is being supplied by the ISD PTA (NOTE: unique Ren Faire food/snack may be considered, i.e. Kettle Corn).
  
  
• We will be onsite Friday, June 8 for setup and Sunday, June 10 for breakdown.  There will be no earlier setup or later breakdown.
